This Interface Control Document (ICD) defines the functional characteristicsrequired to exist to assure compatibility between the Space Segment (SS) of the Global Positioning System and the Navigation User Segment (US) of the GPS. The exception is that this ICD does not define characteristics of the Selective Availability or Anti-Spoofing features, which are not available to the general public.
