This document describes ARI's FY 1993 exploratory development (6.2) advanced development (6.3A) efforts in support of the Army's Soldier-Oriented Research and Development in Personnel Performance and Training (SORD-PT) Program. ARI's comprehensive program of research and development has been extensively revised during the last year in light of changing w conditions, the new DOD science and technology strategy, the Army science and technology investment strategy, Project RELIANCE agreements, and, the Armed Services Training and Personnel Systems Science and Technology Evaluation and Management (TAPSTEM) Committee guidance.
