摘要

Ultrafast temperature jump experiments are performed on polymers doped with smallconcentrations of dyes which function as point sources of phonons (molecular heaters) and thermometers. Internal conversion, multiphonon up-pumping and vibrational cooling of dyes in the polymer, occurring on the 0.1 to 100 ps time scale, are investigated. (Author)
