The fabrication of boron and boron carbide heterojunction devices is based uponthe success, thus far, of fabricating boron-carbide heterojunctions in the laboratory of Professor Dowben. We have pioneered the use of heavy boranes, carboranes, and phosphaboranes to make doped layers and semiconductors.
