The Corps of Engineers Operation and Maintenance Budget Decision Support (COMB - DSS) is a computerized tool for management, analysis and display of budget data submitted as part of the Corps' OM program. The COMB DSS facilitates the examination of a myriad of budget scenarios and aids in the selection of a final budget. This report documents the improvements made to the COMB-DSS during the FY 95 budget process. These improvements included routine bug fixes to the prototype COMB DSS used during the FY 94 budget process, an enhanced and more intuitive menu system, and tuning of processing modules to improve the response of the system.
