This regulation provides general policy and guidance for establishing procedures governing financial closeout of Interagency Agreements (IAGs) between the Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) and the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers (USACE) to be executed under the EPA Superfund Program. It covers IAGs involving both the Direct Cite and Reimbursable Funding Methods.
