Off-Axis Electron Holography of a Two-Phase Polymer

Electron holography enables retrieval of phase from an image wave. This phaseinformation is lost in conventional microscopy. As part of an ongoing program to study polymer microstructure via phase-contrast imaging, we report here our first experiences applying off-axis holography to polymers. (MM).
