In this paper, a new technique of realizing the mode switching in an activeantenna by using reactive is presented. The reactive FET switches the oscillation mode in a two element active array using Gunn devices at 12.45GHL One-way switching is observed by controlling the bias voltage of reactive. Two-way switching is observed by controlling the bias voltage of Gunn devices.
