Within-Group Agreement Scores: Using Resampling Procedures to Estimate ExpectedVariance

Boot strapped random groups were used to obtain estimators of expected variancefor a within-group agreement score. The method provided (a) empirically derived estimates and (b) a means of determining whether observed group variances were significantly smaller than expected variances.
