Source Test Measurement of Nitrogen Oxides, Sulfur Dioxide, Carbon Monoxide, VOC,and PM10 Emissions on Gas Turbine Number 2 at Onizuka AFB, California

Sampling was conducted to measure the following contaminant output from one oftwelve gas turbines located at the Onizuka AFB Power Plant: NOy, SO2, CO, VOC, PM10. The results will be used to determine the banking and selling of emission credits upon curtailing of power plant operations. (jg).
