摘要

The test substance, 1, 3,3-Trinitroazetidine (TNAZ)both in the presence andabsence of microsomal S-9 liver enzyme, failed to induce a significant increase in mutant colonies at the HGPRT locus in cultured Chinese hamster ovary cells. The effects of TNAZ at the dose levels selected based on the initial range finding assay were similar to those of the negative control (incomplete Ham's F 12 medium) and solvent control (dimethylsulfoxide) substances.
