摘要

This spring, we have focused our research on completing laboratory analysis onthe Eckernforde data and preparations for the Gassy Mud Meetings in June. We are integrating sedimentological, radioisotopic, and benthic biological results with benthic boundary-layer physical data to quantitatively assess the processes controlling sedimentary fabric in the central basin of Eckernforde Bay. The summaries of these results are attached and are the actual abstracts sent in for the Workshop on Modeling Methane Rich Sediments of Eckernforde Bay. For the Key West experiment, we are in the early stages of radiochemical and faunal analysis of box core samples.
