This report describes the experiment report at White Sands Missile Range (WSMR), NM, for the handheld sense-through-the-wall (STTW) radar systems, built by L3 Communications and Raytheon. The report describes the systems in detail with regard to the design, specifications, and capabilities as well as external hardware modifications that were implemented for the experiment. It also includes a comprehensive test matrix for the experiment.
