This document is a summary of the proceedings of the Army technical workshop onthe Global Positioning System (GPS), which was held at the University of North Carolina on 2 and 3 August 1995. This report contains the agenda of talks, technical problems submitted for discussion by the participants, and summaries of the discussions in the 11 topical discussion groups.
