The Preliminary Assessment involved interviewing, COOS Head employees (currentformer) to determine the extent of use and disposal of hazardous materials and waste. The site investigation involved field investigation of areas determined to be of concern due to use and disposal of hazardous materials/wastes. Two areas of concern will further be investigated (AOC CK).
