Navy Specification Study Report 1 Industry Survey

摘要

This paper presents the results of a survey of companies involved in thedevelopment and supply of complex operational computer based systems for Navy. The objective of the survey was to gain feedback from industry regarding the quality of Navy's requirements specifications. The survey is part of a more general study aimed at improving Navy's specification and evaluation practices.
