This report is the final product from the 'Survey of Resources Available forEstimating the Environmental Costs of Major Defense Acquisition Programs.' It provides assessments of the most promising cost analysis tools based on testing their capabilities against the cost breakdown structure developed earlier in the project. The most substantial reviews cover HAZMAT, HCAS MCACES and RACER-ENVEST.
