Military Targeting Committee Governance and Management

This instruction establishes the Military Targeting Committee (MTC) as a federation of senior targeting representatives from United States (U.S.) Defense Agencies and allied nations to propose, review, debate, analyze and prioritize targeting issues of mutual concern, and when appropriate, decide on and implement common solutions.
