軟磁複合材料

摘要

The Soft Magnetic Composite (SMC) materials are developed based on innovative nanotechnology. The novelty of the new technology rests in employing thermally stable nano-sized filler as the electrical insulating layer to reduce eddy current loss. The SMC materials fabricated from simple powder metallurgy process is capable of producing complex and three-dimensional magnetic core components. 此軟磁複合材料（SMC）的開發是基於創新納米處理技術。這技術採用特選的納米耐熱填料作為電絕緣層，以減少渦電流耗損。此軟磁複合材料製作採用粉末冶金工藝，過程簡單,物料能用於製造複雜的三維磁芯組件。
