Interface circuit for the RSFQ circuit system was designed and fabricated. The interface circuit consisted of a series array of SQUIDs and the JTL network. An SFQ signal could be amplified and the output voltage from the interface circuit was much greater than 1 mV. According to the numerical simulation, the interface circuit covered the operating frequencies much greater than 10 GHz. High-frequency signals generated in the RSFQ circuit could be detected owing to amplifying action of the interface circuit. (C) 2001 Elsevier Science B.V. All rights reserved. [References: 5]
