Dynamical density-density correlation in the one-dimensional three-band Hubbard model

The dynamical density-density correlation function is calculated for a CuO_3 chain using a cumulant projection technique. The dominant peak structure of the resulting spectrum can be interpreted as a Zhang-Rice like excitation with singlet character.
