摘要

Scanning SQUID microscope based on niobium junction DC SQUID has been developed. The SQUID is mounted inside the insulation vacuum of a cryostat, which is separated from room temperature samples by a 65 mum thick sapphire window. The spatial resolution of the microscope is about 100-150 mum and the magnetic field sensitivity is on the order of 3-60 pT/rootHz in magnetically unshielded environment.
