摘要

We have examined the vortex dynamics in W/Si multilayers with the arrays of antidots in the form of square and triangular lattices. In the measurements of I-V characteristics as a function of temperature T and magnetic field H, we find a specific feature that the V(I) curves coincide irrespective of T. Especially the V(I) curves with a negative slope are observed in the multilayer with triangular arrays. (C) 2003 Elsevier Science B.V. All rights reserved. [References: 8]
