摘要

Terahertz radiation characteristics of photoswitching devices made on charge-ordered manganites Pr0.7Ca0.3MnO3 have been investigated for thin films grown at different temperatures. We report that the temperature dependence of the THz radiation near the charge ordering temperature strongly depends on the growth condition of Pr0.7Ca0.3MnO3, while that near the magnetic transition temperature does not.
