摘要

We study the process of excitation transfer between verticallystacked dots due to the combined effect of the Forster cou-pling and carrier–phonon interaction. A consistent Mark-ovian approximation is derived which reasonably reproduces the quantum-kinetic results. The impact of the exciton trans-fer process on the temperature-dependent intensity of spectrallines is discussed in terms of rate equations the quantum-kinetic results.
