The ions of the boron isoelectronic sequence ( 7 <= Z <= 45) are investigated using the configuration interaction method on the basis of transformed radial orbitals with a variable parameter. The energy spectra and the radiative lifetimes of the levels of configurations 2s(2)2p, 2s2p(2), 2p(3) and 2s(2)3l are obtained. The aim of the present work is the investigation of the influence of the two-electron transitions on the radiative lifetimes of levels of configuration 2s(2)3p. It has been shown that the two-electron transitions are crucial for radiative lifetimes of these levels. The dependence of the influence on Z is discussed. The E2 transitions from 2s(2)3p are also calculated for ions Z >= 25.
