I'm sure someone has calculated the weight of dry bulk solids transported every year. Whatever the figure, how much is only one of the key criteria that has to be taken into account when someone is tasked with choosing the right conveyor for a particular product or range of materials. Those who have been in the business a good while develop an innate feel for which method of transport is right for the job. However, for anyone new to the industry the task of selecting the right conveyor is daunting. Especially given the number of options available and the myriad of manufacturers' claims - but, there is plenty of help at hand!
