Nonthermal and anisotropic screening effects on elastic electron-ion collision processes in kappa-Maxwellian distribution plasmas are investigated using the first-order eikonal method. The electron-ion interaction potential in kappa-Maxwellian distribution plasmas has been obtained by the introduction of the longitudinal plasma dielectric function (E-kappaM). In the first-order eikonal analysis. it is found that the dynamic screening effect on the eikonal phase becomes the static screening effect. The nonthermal screening effects on the elastic scattering cross sections are found to be more significant for smaller spectral indices.
