Ainsworth Lumber Co.Ltd.,Vancouver,British Columbia,Canada has signed a letter of intent with Chatham Forest Products Inc.for the purchase of a proposed oriented strand board(OSB)mill project based in Lisbon,New York.The agreement is conditional upon Ainsworth's completion of its due diligence review,and other conditions.It will likely be finalized in the second quarter of 2005.
