A healthy system: A Muesli line installation of a system at DailyCer, comprising separate ingredients areas with diverse material in-feed methods, benefits from single-source joint venture for full control

Mass Measuring Systems in conjunction with Rospen Industries recently installed a new muesli line at DailyCer on Deeside to control the combining and blending of cereals, fruits and nuts which are then transported to any combination of high speed packing machines at rates of up to 3 tonnes per hour. This joint venture gave DailyCer the benefit of a single-source project. The system comprises separate ingredients areas with diverse material in-feed methods including day bin storage, bulk bag discharging and even individual hand-tipped sacks, with one central control system for the entire process.
