When the Hogs Back Brewery needed to up production, it turned to Bulk Storage and Process Systems to design and install a bulk malt intake system. Due to the sensitive location of the brewery, BSPS designed a hopper with a low profile. The UK small to medium sized Brewing industry remains a good growth market with over 90 new breweries set up in 2012. To service this market requires high quality ale specialist malts for the many different recipes and flavours to produce all the different real ales we see in the remaining pubs.
