摘要

In this paper, we study the relativistic corrections to energy eigenvalues of a 2D hydrogen atom in an external magnetic field. Using the power series expansion method, we have solved the nonrelativistic eigenvalue problem for arbitrary magnetic field strength. The first-order relativistic energy correction is calculated in the framework of the perturbation approach to the Dirac equation for the ground state and a few low-lying excited states.
