Canfor to buy slocan.Canfor Corp.,Vancouver,British Columbia,Canada,has signed an agreement to acquire all the shares of Slocan Forest Products Ltd.(Slocan)in a share exchange transaction.Slocan shareholders will receive 1.3147 Canfor shares for each Slocan share.
