The low-temperature specific heat C_P of Ge_xAs_(40-x)S_(60) glasses has been measured in the temperature range from 3 to 70 K. It has been established that the height and position of the maximum in the C_P/T~3 vs. T plot have a non-monotonic dependence on the mean coordination number Z. Comparison with the Z dependencies of other thermal properties implies that the vibrational density of states, related to the C_P/T~3 peak, decreases when 2.5 > Z > 2.4 due to chemical ordering, and decreases more strongly when 2.7展开▼
