Vopak & Enagas Form JV to Acquire LNG Terminal Facilities in Altamira

Altamira－Vopak and Enagas have formed a joint venture to acquire 100% of the shares in a liquefied natural gas (LNG) import and re-gasification terminal in Altamira, Mexico. The facilities, currently owned 50% by Shell, and 25% each by Total and Mitsui & Co., facilitate overseas LNG imports and supply of gas into Mexico.
