SK Creating Two Separate Entities For Refining and PC Businesses

Seoul-SK Energy Co Ltd. said it is planning to restructure its refining and petro chemical businesses to "allow each business division to focus on its given industry by enhancing core competitiveness and gaining flexibility." SK proposes that two new subsidiaries are created-SE Energy Refining & Marketing Co. Ltd. and SK Energy Chemical Co. Ltd., effective 1 Jan. 2011.
