Chevron Phillips Chemical Co.-Mark Lashler has been elected executive vice president of olefins and polyole-fins to replace Mark Haney, who will retire on 13 Dec. Lasher is currently senior vice president, specialties, aro-matics and styrenics.Dan Coombs, vice president of corporate planning and development, has been named to succeed Lashler as senior vice president of specialties, aromatics and styrenics.
