Sasol, Partners Sign Investment Accord For Uzbekistan Gas-to-Liquids Plant

Tashkent,— Sasol, Uzbekneftegaz and Petronas have signed an agreement to invest in the development and implementation of a gas-to-liquids (GTL) project in Uzbekistan (PCN, 15 Mar 2010, p 3). The agreement, signed with Uzbekistan's Minister of Foreign Economic Relations, Investment and Trade, provides for investment protection and fiscal benefits, ensuring that the project moves forward.
