Nghi Son Partners Inviting Bids For Refinery and PC Complex

Hanoi-Nghi Son Refining and Petrochemical Co. plans to soon invite international bids for the lead contractor for a 200,000-b/d refinery and petrochemical complex, reported Reuters citing an official Vietnamese news source. The project, to be built in Thanh Hoa province, will be based on Kuwaiti heavy crude, supplied by Kuwait Petroleum International (KPI), a 35.1% partner in the complex.
