Kiev-Ukraine's State Property Fund has established 4-billion hryvna ($470-million) as the starting price for the government's 99.5% interest in Odessa Port Plant, which is scheduled for auction on 29 Sept. (PCN, 21 Sept 09, p 2). Odessa Port owns and operates two ammonia plants, with a combined capacity of about 1.1-million t/y, and two urea plants, having a total capacity of 900,000 t/y, in Yuchny, Ukraine.
