Chlorine Institute Names Reiner President

Arlington- The Chlorine Institute Inc. (CI) has named Frank Reiner as the incoming president, succeeding Arthur E. Dungan, who is retiring. Reiner will continue as vice president of transportation and emergency preparedness for CI, until Dungan's retirement on 31 July.
