Ontario Backs Woodland Biofuels' Plan For Cellulosic Ethanol Demo Facility

Burlington— Ontario, through the Innovation Demonstration Fund, will provide $4-million to Woodland Biofuels for a new cellulosic ethanol demonstration plant in Canada. The new facility, which is expected to be located at the Bio-industrial Innovation Centre, in the University of Western Ontario's Sarnia-Lambton Research Park, will produce cellulosic ethanol from renewable wastes, including wood and agricultural waste.
