Longview-East- man Chemical said a,2.0 Feb. power outage and a subsequent equipment breakage connected to one of two operating crackers at its Longview, Texas, site is interrupting production. Based on current information, Eastman expects to have the smaller of the two craqkers on line by mid-March and the larger cracker on line by the fend of March.
