Lanxess Agrees to Buy DSM Elastomers; DSM Completes Divestment of Assets

Heerlen-Lanxess has agreed to purchase the remaining part of DSM Elastomers for euro 310-million on a cash and debt free basis.Subject to regulatory and other customary approvals and notifications, the sale is expected to close in the "first months" of 2011, DSM said.
