Ineos Selling Fluorochemicals to Mexichem

Runcorn- Ineos Group said it is selling its Ineos Fluor fluorochemicals subsidiary to Mexichem's Mexichem Fluor unit. The sale, for which cost was not disclosed, includes Ineos' international business and assets related to it fluorochemicals operations located in North America, Europe and Asia. The sale is expected to close at the end of March, subject to necessary regulatory approvals.
