Dow Chemical-Markus Wildi, previously president of Dow Europe, has been named to the newly created role of vice president of corporate development in Kuwait. Dexco Polymers-P. M. (Pete) Herzog has joined the company as global commercial manager, responsible for all sales and marketing activities. Most recently regional commercial manager at Univation Technologies, he succeeds Henry DuPre, who is retiring.
