CNPC Joining Shaanxi Yanchang In Yan'an City Ethylene Project

Beijing-China National Petroleum Corp. (CNPC) is planning a venture with Shaanxi Yanchang Petroleum Group to build an ethylene facility in Yan'an City, Shaanxi Province, industry officials reported. The proposed RMB 23-billion, 1-million-t/y ethylene project has been submitted to the National Development and Reform Commission and is waiting for approval.
