Sibur Building Tomsk PP Facility; Selects Ineos' Innovene Process

Moscow-Sibur LLC plans to build a 200,000-t/y polypropylene (PP) plant at Tomskneftekhim LLC's site in Tomsk, Russia, and has selected Ineos' Innovene technology for the project. Ineos said the plant, which is expected to begin production in 2012, will produce a full range of homopolymer, random and impact copolymers.
