Albemarle Expanding in South Korea With New mPO Catalyst Facilities

Yeosu-Albemarle Corp. said it has begun a project that will transform its existing Yeosu, South Korea, site to effectively mirror its world ; scale metallocene polyolefin (mPO) catalyst capabilities in Baton Rouge, La. At Yeosu, Albemarle currently has research and develop-:. ment, as well as pilot plant equipment, which will be modified.
