Eitzen Enters into an Agreement To Sell Last Three Newbuildings

Zagreb-Eitzen Chemical has entered into a novation agreement to sell its three remaining newbuildings from Croatia to Laurin Maritime, completing its newbuilding program. The $124-million sale, conditional on approval from the yard and its refund guarantors, will give Laurin all rights and obligations toward the yard, including all further payment obligations.
